thank you so much for all the encouragement!

I did all three runs this week in the beautiful West Sussex countryside. It felt doable! I ran to a playlist that included Uptown Girl!

My left knee did not hurt but made itself known, as did my left shin. Any advice?

🍏What a fab place to run! It sounds as if you may be running too fast if you are getting niggles in your knees and shin.. you may want to add in some strength and flex to support your running and avoid injury. Here are some interesting links to browse through. Well done Symi for getting through week1 .. and enjoying some great music too! Let us know how you get on & please get professional help if any pain develops.

Super location and well done to you.... keep it steady and slow and do take a peek at the Strength and Flex forum, where as Annieapple has said, there are loads of ideas to keep those new running legs happy:)
