It all follows on...and once you can get that into your mind set and try to relax, it all seems possible.
These longer runs are perfect, for letting the newly-forming running legs, do their thing. The mantra for which , to many of my friends here, I am famous for is, slow and steady.
It works, at this stage, truly. Just ease into the run, take each one each week and know you are ready for each of them.
Congratulations to you and just look at how far you’ve come. Just go with it and like Oldfloss has spoken about….slow and steady ! You are doing great 👍 Well done👏👏
