Definitely into new territory now, wk8 starts on Monday!I'm not sure I enjoyed w7r3, but it wasn't horrendous and was probably the easiest of the 3.

The thought of an extra 3 minutes next week is a bit scary, but then a few weeks a go I thought going from 5 to 8 was crazy talk!

Next update Monday evening.

You are doing so well, week 8 isn't scary, smile and run 😁

It all follows on...and once you can get that into your mind set and try to relax, it all seems possible.

These longer runs are perfect, for letting the newly-forming running legs, do their thing. The mantra for which , to many of my friends here, I am famous for is, slow and steady.

It works, at this stage, truly. Just ease into the run, take each one each week and know you are ready for each of them.

What the mind believes, the body achieves.

Believe in yourself... and well done to you !

Look forward to hearing your next update.

I'll think you'll be pleasantly surprised that the extra minutes won't be as difficult as you think. That was my experience.

Agree with OF - don't think about it, just do it. The programme is really sensible and as you say, look at Week 8 vs Week 1.

Best of luck! Can you smell the finish line? :-)
