I remember that feeling of elation when starting Week 9!! And even better knowing that you could do it!!
Enjoy these runs, what an accomplishment! And spare a backwards thought for Week 1 where it all started...
Slow and steady as you go and very well done you. The C25K programme will not, necessarily help with weight loss, but what it will do is tone and tighten...
