2 degrees but still frosty 🥶

Think this is my fourth run still not far but taking it easy after 3 months of nothingness !

My phone said it was 2 degrees so thought it would be frost free but the roads where glistening with frost, took a picture but some of the roads I run are private and you feel someone is watching on the private security cameras🤔 I often see the security guards on patrol in their cars we have begun to wave !

The run felt good but I’m not pushing myself yet I just enjoyed the new scenery and the emerging daffodils spring must surely be on its way !!

Nice run for you today Wavy-chick28, your phone showed +2C, that's the air temperature, but on clear sunny days the GROUND temperature is still at freezing point, hence the icy surface where you ran.

If the security guards are kind to you, they may allow you as a runner to run on those private roads, you are not causing any issues, so ask them if it's OK to run on those roads.

Yes all very friendly as public footpaths criss cross the estate 👍🏼 I’m new to the area so feel a bit conspicuous 😂

Yes it is hilly round here and I didn’t really notice until I got back to running !

When I lived in England, I used to run round private housing estates. I loved it - though security cameras never occurred to me 🤔😀 - it was like the best of both worlds - outside but not as public as the roads. Enjoy 😊
