Call Up for ALL NEW Graduates... or anyone here who has not yet visited the S and F Forum! UPDATE...

Good morning people...

This is a call-up...but, the best kind of invitation though!

We are noticing that many, many folk here on the C25K forum and beyond, are not aware of, or have not yet, visited the STRENGTH and FLEX Forum.. There are links you may click on to find us, but I thought this may help.

The amazing   CBDB works tirelessly, to keep the ideas flowing there, and I am fortunate enough to be there also !

As you begin to run, and when you Graduate and move onwards. the benefits that we get from supportive strength and stamina exercise, is immeasurable.

Particularly for runners, the support exercise, builds strength, stamina, boosts our mobility and freedom of movement, and also, can aid recover, if issues should occur! That has to be good !

On the S and F Forum... there is a HUGE amount of information and advice and help to give us all that support. All there for the choosing.

So... I do hope some of our new and (old friends), from here, will take the time to sign up and join us there. It may be, one of the best things you have ever done... besides beginning exercising! Old friends, it may be time for a re-visit!

Shouting out an invitation to some new Graduates from the C25K forum, who may not have visited   CBDB and I here on the forum. This is a great place to visit, as you move on with your activities.

You will find a 15 minute YouTube video from Gretchen McCarthy, who demonstrates 5 Pilates exercises for runners and explains very clearly why they are good for runners.

It’s a helpful and easy entry into Strength & Flex for runners. That's you!

Thanks for adding the direct link CBDB. I really liked this one because there were no gimmicks, she was talking to runners, and 5 exercises is definitely manageable.

Yeah, your reply reminded me of how good this session was, and how easily done if it could be integrated into morning routines! We even had a discussion on how we could do the roll up in bed 🤣🤣. So thanks for signposting!
