Almost Graduated

I have two runs left for week 9 (Tuesday and Thursday), then I will have completed Couch to 5k .... yay !!

Anyway, just wondered how do you continue and do consolidation runs after this, to be able to run 5k parkrun etc. Do people just repeat Week 9 all the time, so there is a guide encouraging you along all the time (mine is Sarah Millican) or is there another guided programme to start after Couch to 5k to up the running time in the same increment style as the C25K ??

Thanks in advance - this forum has helped me so much with my running, thanks again

Well done for getting to week 9! I'm just doing week 6 and beginning to look at consolidating runs and how to progress once the programme is finished. Some people have recommended the Nike Run Club app, as it's free and has a number of guided runs and runs by distance. Good luck! If you do find something that works for you, let me know 😀

I've tried to download the Nike Run App, and after scrolling backwards for AGES to put your date of birth in (month by month), it doesn't seem to work at all ..... I'll keep looking around though. Thanks
