First week completed! 🙌yay me!
I was totally dreading going today, my feelings and stiffness from the very first couple of runs was playing heavily on my mind. I’m an impatient instant gratification kind of gal and so I’m easily put off if I don’t see immediate benefit. Having said that, today did seem a little easier, I practiced the slow run shuffle a few of you were kind enough to post links for and it did help. I didn’t get as far as I did on run 2 but it felt much more sustainable. Is timing of your run a thing? I just wondered if it being later in the day made it seem easier for me…… 🤔 I’ve also been brave or deluded enough to ask for a virtual buddy run. How much rejection and negativity can I possibly stomach?????? X
