Summer has arrived in the NE & so I set off on a brisk walk in search of shady lanes for my run tomorrow. I love finding new routes especially those that combine a bit of countryside and coast. Delighted too to encounter a few steps for a bit of Strength & Flex according to Oldfloss! My exploratory walk ended up on the coast. Perfect timing for a paddle in the North Sea!
