4 years ago I was diagnosed with ic in my legs and unable to walk more than 100m. Joined gym and eventually did ct5k on treadmill but walking on a gradient rather than running. I'm on 3rd attempt now increasing speed and gradient each time. Can now walk 5k easily. Anyone else doing it like this?

Gosh.. Really well done you, on what you are doing.
I cannot recall anyone posting re-this in my time here.. but I am sure there may be.
As this is a running forum for C25K, it maybe that they have posted on walking forums? I am not sure.
We do have a great sister site Active 10, where you may wish to post this too?

Oh my word! I bet you can hardly remember only being able to walk 100m; you must feel so much better. I hadn't thought of using C25K for walking, but I know someone who might benefit, so I'll pass on your story if that's ok?
