Don’t give up. I have returned to Couch to 5k after knee and leg issues.

I completed the 9 weeks approx 3 years ago and continued running for the rest of the year until I started having knee and leg issues.

I tried to run again last year, but had to stop again with problems.

I was determined to return this year and started on week 4 with no issues, week 5 completed with week 6 as my next run.

Don’t give up. If you do need a break. Take it and come back not necessarily to week 9 level, but start at a lower level.

Happy running. 😃

That’s great to hear Whiskyrun and solid advice! Same here, I started again, leg issues knocked my running on the head for a bit last year. Currently on week 7, and looking forward to my run tomorrow. We’ll get there! 😁
