Just finished my third run of week 2. My knees were a little sore for the first week but that seems to be behind me now. Looking forward to week 3.

Congratulations to you Madmabeline on completing weeks 1 and 2 of C25K, you are doing very well, onwards and upwards to week 3, remember that you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, good luck for your running journey with C25K 😊 🏃🏾
