Tim’s ‘thankful’ run 😊

I can’t run over the weekend due to family commitments, but I often work from home on Mondays, so when everyone had settled down to watch Tv on Saturday evening, I snuck off to my little office to do a couple of hours work so I could get out and run today. I did a couple of hours work early this morning too, then got out for a run about 9.30am. It seemed fitting to do the Thankful’ run from NRC. Couch B asked questions about what you are thankful for, like who got you stared with running, who gave you advice and who encourages you etc. The answers to several questions was ‘Tim’ along with this encouraging group. I was so glad to be away from my computer and it was so lovely out, that I stated off too quickly (I know Tim, I know! 🤦🏻‍♀️) so the end was a struggle. I may have kept running but I’m not sure I kept smiling 😬😂. Now a shower and back to work. Thanks Tim for the company along the way on this amazing running journey that I now love so much 😊
