Week 4 Run 3 today for me and son, in honour of Tim, our first off-(old railway)track through fields. Beautiful views and a lovely run. Tim’s kind and supportive advice and enthusiasm have been there all along since I started this journey in 2019. He was such an inspiration. Smiles x
