On a rainy Sunday morning in November, I'm on the Sailors Path in Suffolk running for Tim. What an inspiration this man was. His calm and wise words got my through C25K twice. At my age I need all the inspiration I can get. Enough said. Smiling but sad

A lovely meaningful run Oldwoman65, a very inviting looking path in your photo. You have and will run it many times I'm sure, and hopefully be smiling. 💜🏃‍♀️xxx
