waking up with the rain pouring could easily have meant staying under the covers but today was for Tim.

Tim always gave great advice and encouragement to newbies and oldies alike, I often do the knee exercises he suggested and when I start puffing and panting I think slow down!!

I have lost many loved ones to cancer it’s cruel, thank you Tim you left a legacy we are forever grateful you crossed our paths xx

yes the car in the distance was a bit worse for ware but it’s a bit of a speeders paradise !
