No one laughs at new runners here on C25K, well done to you Cd821156 for completing the first 2 runs of week 1 of C25K, perhaps to avoid being knackered you could run a little slower on the running parts of those early runs, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1 and the other 8 weeks of the course

I’m sure we all remember Week 1 and all the the weeks on the journey you are now on. Week 1 is much harder than Week 0 that’s for sure. You can do this, we all can 👍

Congratulations on getting out there and nailing it. Lots to celebrate, nothing to laugh at. I remember week 1, run 2 being one of the toughest. There was only one other that rivalled it for difficulty for me. You should feel really proud for getting it done.
As AlMorr says, lots of new runners got out to fast. There are loads of paces available to you. If you’re not walking, you’re running. Took me a while to be able to tune into that but it’s a super valuable thing to learn to do.
