this was a lil rough but thats more to me not being 100% i feel , was a bit off this morning had a headache n stomach felt a lil queasy so wasnt match fitness lol but got thru it n ready for r3 lets complete this week

Woo hoo! Well done, the important thing is you did it! I finished run 2 of week 3 too today 🤜. We’re getting there, slowly but surely, week by week. Keep going and remember to allow yourself a pat on the back especially when it’s been hard 😊
