I cheated today because I felt good while I was running….. Should have been week 8 run3, when I got to 28 mins I felt in the zone so ran the extra 2 mins and counted this as 1 of 3 week 9. Nearly there…

Great run. Todays little extra won’t have hurt you as you’ve done the previous 2 28 minuters… but I’d advise learning to resist temptation, in the pretty near future you’ll be finishing a run feeling that you could just go run it again, which wouldn’t be good one way or another! Enjoy closing this out now.

Thanks UnfitNoMore, 😂 I’m looking forward to graduating later this week. I will then be back to consolidating. What I won’t be doing is to push myself to go further and further, which is what ultimately stopped my running last year. Learning from my mistakes. 🤞

Just count it as Run 3 Week 8...and take the next week with confidence, slow and steady, knowing you have completed every run in the programme and enjoyed every moment ,?
