I'm doing my weekday runs at 5.30 am or thereabouts because of work, but the heatwave is another good reason. No way do I want to run when it's 30 degrees or more. Think I'll get myself a running bottle as well to hydrate a bit on the go. Any recommendations for a particular brand from anyone ? Thanks ๐Ÿ˜Š

I wouldn't bother with carrying a running bottle. It'll affect your balance.

You're not going to see much effect with it for a half hour run. Have a glass of water (about half a pint max) before you set out, then a drink when you get back.

For a much longer run, I use a backpack with a hydration bladder.

Thanks nowster - I'll look into that when (hopefully) I can get to longer runs - I'll take your advice in the meantime. ๐Ÿ™‚
