Don't like the way Denise talks about the end in sight. Even more worried I won't continue after R3.....π.

Why's that ?
The end in site means that it's not long until you graduate from C25K, good luck for your graduation run, after that you can run 6/30 minute consolidation runs over two weeks before you think of what you want to run next such as a 10K.
Don't worry. It's only the end of the beginning. You've done the hardest part to get this far.
You could try some runs during consolidation period to experiment, your own music at your own tempo or do another week as a repeat of week 9 to see how you feel. You'll have more freedom to do runs how you want but can still update here especially if you're feeling less motivated.
You can check out the bridge to 5K plan

There is also the bridge to 10K community - think quite a few graduates go there.
I think sheβs looking towards victory rather than armageddon π. Congratulations on another run in the bag.
Hey! Thatβs not the end. Completing C25K is just the doorway to more challenges, longer distances, different routes and extra craziness. See you on the other side!!
I'm trying to save up things to keep me motivated when I've graduated. I've resisted the urge to try new routes so I've got that to look forward to; plus I'm doing to try some audiobooks and podcasts as they make more sense when you're running for longer periods without interruptions.
