I graduated 6 weeks ago, didn’t run again for 4 & now I am building back up to 30 mins to then consolidate. (2nd run post time off)

Nice to see you back! Well done for not leaving it too long-you’ll find it so much easier to get to the 30minute run than the first time. Take it slow and enjoy being back out there again.

As you can tell, I am just catching up with all your posts that I missed due to not checking c25k forum. I thought they were all one. Just realised I was posting on Bridge to 10k and that's why missed posts from the ones who were completing it around the same time as me. Enjoy your runs and keep posting. I am so glad you didnot leave.
