Good grief, if you're covering 4.13 miles in 30 minutes you're going like a bat out of hell! Or are you running for longer?
To be fair that included the warm up cool down walk, but cut them both short to 2.5 mins each and added a few 9km runs at various intervals.
Now I'm even more confused, as I work in km for distance and min/km for pace! My concern was that you might be overdoing it and end up injured, but I've probably misunderstood the figures. Enjoy completing your C25k runs!
Aww thank you for being concerned. Pre COVID I used to run 5k in sub 30 mins.
Ah, that explains it. I've done the odd sub-30 5k myself, but I'm more interested in vertical and trails.
Sounds interesting. Will have to research the vertical.
