Ran week 7 run one earlier this week and was feeling good. Had covid booster jab Wednesday and felt rotten so no further runs this week Not pushing myself too hard so gonna start week 7 again tomorrow. Disappointed only because I fell behind and I’ve missed it! Can’t wait to finish. Found week 7 run 1 difficult too but managed it fine.

Don't be hard on yourself. Sometimes we have to rest up.
Think of graduation from C25K as crossing the start line to the rest of your running career..... .. it is not a finish.

Welcome to the program , and well done with your progress !I found after my 2nd jab I was exhausted for 5 or 6 days so just give yourself time .
Remember all week 7 runs are 25 minutes so if you have already done run 1 and you do 25 minutes next time then you can move on to run 3 !
