Just did 3.1 km in my 25 min run. Week 7 day 1 that includes warm up walk too. Bit of improvement on my last 25 min run!! More energy now than I had in week 1 that’s for sure!!

Well done.

You may well see increased distance but it is a duration based plan and the optimal pace to develop stamina and endurance is one at which you can still speak full, ungasping sentences as you jog..........faster is not better.
