Today was my WEEK 8 RUN 1… I am still mind blown by what I have put my body through along with how it’s actually coping with it too.
I enjoying running, never did I ever think that would be something I write, say or think!!
I just ran 4.5km in 38 mins (10 of that was warm up walking) I give myself little goals for each run. I knew where I wanted to get gauging from the last run. I find it gives me the push to make it fun. 🥰
Also the last minute I actually felt like I was ‘running’ instead of ‘jogging’ … my bodyguard (my partner) was on his bike and I could hear his wheels whirring and see him actually peddling next to me.
I’m amazing!! I’m so close to finishing C25K!! 😱 I’m so proud how far Iv come. 🥰🙈
