Just started this week couch 2 5k ! Not normally a early morning persons or fitness but some reason I’m wanting to get up and go gym , helping so much with mental health . Actually look forward to the next morning .
I am looking for a gym buddy who is willing to give it a go but not to give up easily

Yes your right ! I did my first run Sunday , then today so my next run will be Thursday . The early morning sets your day nicely , also nice to have a empty gym … feeling positive each day
