Gosh, I kept my badge even though I’m redoing C25K. I do actually still feel like a runner, even in wet (lazy) winters. And I’m convinced it’s easier 2nd time round. Even if it’s just because it’s easier mentally. Best wishes for a full recovery. You’ll get your badge back soon. Enjoy!

Yikes, abdominal surgery sounds like a painful recovery...it's bad enough if you overdo the strength exercises with too many sit ups!
