Week 8 run 3 - DONE!

Just finished. I usually run in the mornings. Feel too tired to do it any other time, but missed doing it this morning so thought I'd give it a go. T'was horrible. Too hot, too tiring. It was a killer but I managed to do it. Really glad I did. Last week next week 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
