I had my second COVID jab on Monday, and my arm is a little sore and I can't raise it more than few degrees from my side. I shall take a few days off and relish the prospect of getting g back out next week.
Stay safe and well and do say a resounding 'hello' to the trails and paths for me as I languish in my garden reading Trail, The Great Outdoors, Trail Running and Gardenrs' World magazines.

Poor you! I am quite lucky then in just having a sore arm. The Mrs had pretty much the same as me, but it lasted for weeks. I'm hopeful it is better for next week. To add insult to injury I now have a tic buried in my right foot!! I shall remove it and wait to see if I develop a bullseye rash. If I do, antibiotic will be coming my way.I trust that you are now fully recovered and that you are back out pounding the trails or paths?
