How do I sign off for now?

The shooting pain in my thigh has returned so I am not going to try for W1R2 at this time. I will rejoin the group later when I am better. Thank you for your support.

Sorry about that shooting pain in your thighs Fitgirl, certainly no running, if it persists go see your doctor or get a professional health check

I have a call in to my GP. I have been seeing a chiropractor so she is recommending some further tests. Thanks for your note.
