We are doing ok, we are repeating weeks before we move on. We have done week one twice and are now about to do week two for the second time. I feel it’s time to invest in some proper shoes as my soft Clark’s pumps don’t feel resilient enough and I have knee and hip discomfort. Also, where we live is very hilly, there are no places to run on the flat so we are struggling sometimes to run uphill!
It seems to defeat the object to get in the car to drive somewhere flat. Any ideas?
