Dam it πŸ˜ͺ, set off on my afternoon run thinking maybe 4 miles plus, halfway through bang old football knee injury came back to haunt me, had to walk rest of way, that's me for a week or two now gutted..πŸ˜₯πŸ˜₯..

It might be worth assessing whether you have been pushing on a bit too much and possibly rein it in when you restart.
