I’ve found reading everyone’s posts in bed this morning spurred me on to get out there .. wasn’t really feeling it but pushed on and amazingly I scored my fastest 5k and second fastest km and second fastest mile .. wow 😮 really pleased with myself but it’s this forum that should take the credit! Thanks everyone for being there virtually 😘
