I only went and did it completed C25K today. It took 9 weeks of sheer bloodymindedness, grit and determination but I did it. Proud is an understatement 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

I always recommend the Nike Run Club app for consolidation runs. Lots of coached runs on there of various times and distances to choose from and it’s free too 😁
