Just completed the c25k and am so pleased with myself. At 65 thought I was setting myself an impossible task. Am only reaching 4K but it’s not the distance it’s the length of time running.
Have only run indoors so far, next week start running outdoors.
I am determined to keep going.
Remember, if I can do it, so can you, just don’t give up.
It is good knowing you have the support of others on the same program. Thanks too to Jo for keeping me going on the podcast.

Well done! 4k sounds great to me - I'm 62 and 3.6k is my best! I'm sure you'll enjoy running outside and find there are lots of fellow slowish joggers out there.
Well done SewRight , especially on completing the programme indoors. I'd hate that, I've only ever run outdoors - I need to feel that I'm getting somewhere!
Happy running!
Well done you! 👏🏻👏🏻🏆🏃♀️A positive to come out of these difficult times😃
