I have started over again i just can`t keep going at week six i need a run buddy but live in old windsor bit in the sticks
I struggled too and always really n on my own...but all I can offer is ....
- don’t go backward, just keep on repeating and if you can’t manage the jump up, then slowly add one more minute running
- I get bored with music so I find podcasts keep me more occupied , especially a subject that I really am interested in

Lots of buddies right here... link up with someone the same week and plan your runs together If you are beginning again check the posts for newbies and form a team... we have had lots of folk do that and then all graduate together.
