Well now I am checking distance using Garmin and now running 5k instead of inaccuracy of Fitbit which was clocking me doing 5k which was wrong when it was in fact about 2.3 miles . I must admit it is not easy but I am working up to run this at least once a week whilst weather is butting in. Only reason I managed to step up is the running I have been doing regularly. Eventually over time I will work towards running 5k three times a week. Really frustrated with Fitbit being so out especially as it connected GPS with phone. A lesson now learned.
