well... I DID IT!!! i am infatuated with this feeling, though it's sad to say goodbye to an old friend.. by which i mean my first journey into c25k...i don't mean running, thats a new friend...but i canNOT believe i did it... well i can cos from about half the way thru the programme i knew i would...my mindset just ...changed. totally. from fear to power. question is, where to go now. mmm. what a feeling. what a victory. wow. i would encourage anyone to do this programme. anyone. its so worth the effort. i cant believe i graduated. woop woop! woo hoo woo hoo! total infatuation with this buzz. i did it. i graduated. i am changing. big time. hope you like my medal

Consolidation runs next, running 30 minutes is still new to you, so continue with those. If you’ve not reached 5k yet maybe that could be your goal, or if you have, maybe look to improve your time. I’m always telling people about the Nike Run Club app, which is great as there are coached runs on there of various times and distances, you choose, and it’s free too. 👍

That would be like going back to school. Try Coach Bennett on the NRC App, there are 2 5k runs on there, I think you’d enjoy them. Plus it keeps a record of your stats for you.
Another nice little challenge, with some running bling, is Race at Your Pace....check that out.
If your looking for something totally different, try Zombies Run....fun and free.

We’re all slow to begin with, you will speed up, trust me, even when we graduate we’re still Newbies remember. Be patient, just take a look at NRC App and see what you think ok xx

Do about 10x 30 minute runs then decide what to do.
I am doing one 30 minute run, one speed intervals run and one longer run (increasing 5 minutes every fortnight - you could increase every week sometimes - a bit like Ju Ju's Magic Plan to 60 minutes) I am up to 50 minutes next Saturday!!! I think that is more productive than repeating C25K, but each to his/her own.
