Well that's week 1 done and dusted and now just back from W2R1. No real problems here but the run up the hill on the way back just illustrated how my fitness level has dropped from early autumn. Tried the Brooks today as not had them on for about 4 months now and definitely more comfy than my trusty Nikes but noticed they're not quite so grippy so something to bear in mind if the weather turns colder and or wetter. Was far too hot in 5 degrees with a cotton Tee and long sleeved top so vest and Tee over the top for next run methinks.😁🏃
And on to Week 2...: Well that's week 1 done and... - Couch to 5K

It may be worth a look taking a peek at the strength and flex program to also aid that return to olympian fitness
