So tempting to go beyond your reality check level, as I constantly fight with this feeling, even more as you get stronger with regular πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ.

But with the risk of overdoing it, I just remind myself to follow and listen to the App, and humble myself to stick to the correct way.

With that said πŸ‘ love running, never thought I would, so it does work.

Ego and pride get the biggest hit when you get injured as a result of doing what is obviously too advanced for your current state of fitness.Slow and steady is the safest way forward.

I have been realising the last few weeks that our muscle strength develops far faster than our bones, tendons and ligaments do. This is why we get injured when we do too much too soon.
