W4R3. - A very slow bimble

Week 4 completed. It definitely wasn’t pretty, but it’s done.

My calf muscles are throbbing. That’s a new one. Probably because I’ve been sat at my desk for 12hours before going out for a run. Note to self - remember to walk around during the day.

Still, this isn’t supposed to be easy and it’s worth the effort.

Home now for stretches and water.

Well done. You should be very pleased with yourself 😊

Sitting down all day - that'll do it!

You might want to set an alarm every 90 minutes or less. I know what it's like as sometimes you're so wrapped up in your work 2 or 3 hours whizz by and you haven't moved. That's just not natural! Be kind to yourself.

Fantastic, well done! 😊

I get the same pain in my legs as a fellow desk worker, I tend to extend the warm up walk by a few more minutes. I also had to upgrade to a 'proper' running shoe as my everyday trainers just weren't cutting it as the running times increased.
