Gone to the dogs!

My pup has just completed C25K! Obviously he wasn't able to do it alone, so I had to accompany him on every run.

I've explained to him that he won't get a graduate badge - he was disappointed, until he realised it wasn't edible anyway. But as you can see from the photo, he looks pretty pleased about his achievement!

We're now debating where to go from here - I may have to work on my speed so that I can keep up with himπŸ•

Congratulations to you both πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ…πŸ…πŸ₯³πŸ₯³.

Try the Nike Run Club App, it’s ideal for consolidation runs, lots of coached runs to choose from, you can listen to your own music and best of all it’s free 😁

I do keep hearing good things about the Nike app, so we may give it a go

I don’t see why he can’t get a badge. He ran at least twice as many steps as you did. Can’t you open up an account for him ? You might have to type on his behalf. πŸ’»πŸ€”

To be honest, I run so slowly that quite often he only has to walk to keep up with me. It can be a bit demoralising!

And now I have this wonderful image of him sat at my laptop, pondering what to write ... lots of posts about biscuits and sausages I expect

Thank you! Its my second time round at doing C25K, but I fell off the wagon when I got the dog - he was (and still is) so time consuming. So now I'm getting my revenge by dragging him out with me!
