Although this snails run was hard it was much better than run 1. I knew I could do it so the gremlins didn't even attempt to upset me today and no Toxic ten. I drank about 2.5 litres of water yesterday and this morning I didn't have my usual coffee just water.

I love the fact that I'm saying things like 'only 10 minutes left ... only 3 minutes ... only one minute' when I found week 1 so difficult.

Happily sat here drinking my lovely coffee now.

Good to hear it gets better. I found W8 R1 quite tough yesterday, got really tired. Maybe I should cut down on the coffee and up my game with the water like you did. Really feels like we are running a long way now!

Agreed. Not long to go now and we'll be over the brow of the hill!

Yes, I've called Laura some very unsavoury names on the C25K!! But each time I move on she is forgiven 😀

Well done, glad r2 was better, it's funny how each of the longish runs differ, i did w9R1 last night, felt more comfortable than some of last weeks 8 runs, still pretty slow 🐢, that finishing line, getting close now!!! 😀

For the lat 2 weeks it seems to have been the first one. Once I've completed that one I seem to become more confident in my ability.
