Week 5 Run 3 today. Bring it on! Bought smart watch to track my progress, I average 8,000 steps on a normal day, so fitness isn't an issue, but I piled on the weight eating crap! This app has built my stamina up from "can't be arsed" to "yes I can"! I've lost 7lbs so far!!

You can do it and you will do it, take that run slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself.

Well done! At 10 mins my knees were complaining, but worked through it and felt fantastic afterwards!
