It may have been psychological but I haven’t felt 100% this week so that could’ve been it.
My legs and back were sore all the way through and I was slower than normal but it’s done ✅ I could not have got through the last 9 weeks without my running mates, I’m the one in the hat, they have been amazing 😀
The change in me mentally and physically has been huge.
My plan is to keep running 30 minutes, 3 times a week for the rest of this month then look at running for longer of faster to get me to the, so far elusive, 5K mark.
