Wk 7 run 1 completed. Up until I started c25k my only form of exercise was playing golf once a week, so I was pretty unfit for a 48yr old man. My mental health has not been great over the last 6 months and felt I really needed to do something about it.

Wk 1 was extremely hard and I felt like giving up. Every week for me has got harder but the buzz I get when I finish a run knowing that I have not stopped once is just amazing. So much so I cannot wait until my next run. Have had great support and advice off people from this group which has really helped.

If anyone is thinking of doing the c25k I would say do it, you will not regret it and it will make you feel so good about yourself.

Have a great day all.
