Hi Guys, so I started this journey in April or May and following 2 holidays and a knee injury that momentarily knocked me off course, I finally completed C25K today! Super proud that I stuck it out and didn’t give up, even though I sometimes wanted to. Did all my runs around the area I live apart from Saturday when I did my run on my treadmill due to horrible weather. I have grown to enjoy running and now I am definitely going to keep up my 3 x runs a week working on increasing my distance and times. Would love to be running 5k in 30 mins by the end of this year. Thank you for all the people posting, I always like to have a read of the forum before I go for my run 🏃🏼‍♀️
