Completed week 5 again having recovered from ligament injury. Fingers crossed no more hiccups. Feeling positive!

Welcome to the group and well done for completing w5 which is not easy! Fingers crossed you won’t suffer any further setbacks, maybe some dynamic stretches beforehand and definitely stretching afterwards. Good luck!

Done the stretches and completed W6r1. A psychological milestone as that was the run when I had injury. Onward and upwards, feeling good 😁
