Two weeks ago I struggled to run for 1 minute but I’ve just done 2 stretches at 3mins, a long way from 30 minutes I know but I’m pleased with myself. I even upped my pace for the last minute because I felt I had the energy left! I can’t believe I’ll ever run for 30 minutes though.

I think at this point everybody feels they will never run for 30 minutes, but trust the plan and you will , it's amazing how it builds your strength and stamina 😁

Well I started about 12 weeks ago and my first 1 minute run nearly killed me ,
I'm 63 and never run in my life before this , and I graduated 12 days ago and now have run 3 x 5ks
So I'm sure you can do it 😁
