Can anyone recommend trainers for arch problems ie fallen arches please

Do you know why you have fallen arches? For me it's because I have hypermobility (possibly mild Ehlers-Danloss, as it runs in the family).

Have you seen a podiatrist? They may be able to make orthotic insoles for you.

We are all different and the best way to find suitable shoes is to have a gait analysis done at a specialist running shop..........what suits another may not suit you.
